Knobel & Davis (North) Real Estate, Bribie Island, is locally owned and operated by Keith Wilkins who has been in the industry for 26 years. For 13 of those years, he has been living on Bribie Island with his family and has been selling Bribie Island and district real estate since 1998.
Keith's daughter Sally compliments the team in the role of receptionist and trainee property manager. Sally is currently undertaking her full real estate agents license course through the REIQ.
The head office of Knobel & Davis is based on the Gold Coast and was established by John Knobel and Kerry Davis in 1984. Both men enjoy legendary status in the real estate industry in Queensland. John Knobel's family originally established one of Townsville's oldest agencies, Knobel Real Estate. John's son Tony continues the family tradition today in Cairns, operating under the Tony Knobel Real Estate banner. Kerry Davis, who remains as head of the firm on the Gold Coast, is recognised as one of the most highly successful real estate agents in Australia.
Keith was a former partner in the Knobel & Davis office on the Gold Coast from 1986 until 1992, before becoming a founding partner in Chateaux Realty. That firm was sold to Chris Bradford, also a former Knobel & Davis partner, when Keith relocated to Bribie Island In 1997.
The firm's charter is to be a boutique agency with a strong focus on client relationships and to offer individual service in all aspects of property marketing.
