" As Always Keith Is Diligent In What He Does... "
Keith again was on the money with his estimation with regard to both properties.
" Buying On Bribie Island... "
We were uncertain about value of sort of property that we wanted to buy as we're not from Bribie. Keith had a chat to us at an open home session. He took some notes and said he'd keep in touch. We rang Keith about a property that we were interested in but it had just had a contract signed. Keith then rang us to let us know the contract had fallen over and we made arrangements to see the property. On the day, our one hour trip turned into two hours. We rang Keith and he waited for us before dashing off to another property. We made an offer, Keith took it to the owner and our offer was accepted. At all times Keith has been friendly without being pushy and has helped us find our home on the Island, at a price we could afford. Call Keith if you need a professional who won't pester you.
I could not have asked for a more professional and client centred agent than Keith Wilkins. From the outset he provided regular feedback on the progress of the sale which was greatly appreciated. Even though we had 2 contracts fall through after a great deal of time and negotiation by Keith he still motored ahead and tried even harder to secure a buyer for us which thankfully was third time lucky! I would definitely recommend Keith to anyone looking for a professional, motivated and client focussed real estate agent.
Keith, Thank you for all your patience and everything you have done for us. We are enjoying our new home and we will stay in touch. Joe & Sylvia
Dear Keith Thank you so much for all your help with the sale of our property in Ningi. We both really appreciate all the extra effort you have gone to. You went above and beyond your role and we can't thank you enough. Tony & I wish you and your family the very best and we will definitely be in touch if we ever decide to move back. Once again, thank you!
We purchased a property through Keith Wilkins recently and we have been very happy with his efficiency and professionalism. He contacted us at every stage and through every little bump in the road. I would recommend Keith to Buyers or Sellers. It is unusual to find an agent that is on the ball and really cares. Kind regards, Tracey & Martin Stoppard
Keith and his team at Knobel & Davis (North) went above and beyond to assist us in selling our Bellara property. I am based in Sydney and Keith made the sales process seamless and achieved exactly the price he forecast in a timely manner. Id like to thank Keith and the team for their hard work and efficiently communicating with us at all stages of the sales process. Chris Graham.
